I’ll be honest! I think the “LifeTime Warranty” is kind of a sales gimmick. After all, I think we all know that nothing really lasts a lifetime, especially a coating over concrete.

LifeTime Warranties have not been around very long within the coatings industry yet a few contractors started offering them, then more and more followed suit. The truth is, thanks to research and development, coatings have become significantly better over the years and tend to last a long time.

At Metallic Coatings, we choose to offer a “LifeTime Warranty” because we truly stand behind our surface preparation procedures as well as our industrial grade highest end products from highly reputable manufacturers.

That said, Our coatings are only as durable as the underlying substrate. The condition of your concrete is key. Most failures are due to issues with the concrete. High moisture content or high alkalinity in your concrete can grow over time destroying any coating along with the concrete itself.

In other words, because of our prepping procedures and high end materials, I guarantee our coatings will stick as long as your concrete is not deteriorating underneath. If you have any questions, call or schedule a free in home consultation for all the details.
