Yes! Metallic Coatings offers a Limited Lifetime Guarantee on coating adhesion under normal conditions.
Our coatings are only as durable as the underlying substrate. The condition of your concrete is key. Most failures are due to issues with your concrete.
High moisture content or high alkalinity in your concrete will void any warranty and you will be notified during your consultation to the best of our ability.
Garage Floor Installation — Most garage floors are easily installed within 2 to 3 days. If your installation involves removal of an existing coating, it may take up to 3 to 4 days depending on the difficulty of the removal.
Interior Floor Installation — Interior floors are very similar to Garage floors however some projects may take longer due to the extra set up inside of the property and additional dust mitigation and clean up time. An extra day or two may be required to the traditional garage floor installations times above.

A 50% down payment is required for all projects before work is performed. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
A check can be mailed or handed to a crew before the work is started on the scheduled start date with the remaining balance due after the work has been completed on the final day.
Cancellation of the project will occur if the 50% deposit is not received before work is performed on your scheduled date.
Card payment can be made over the phone. All major credit cards are accepted and require a transaction fee.
Each property owner is responsible for removing all equipment, furniture, and items from the surface(s) being worked on.
For garage floors, this includes water softeners. If you have a water softener and would like the area underneath it to be coated, it will need to be moved out prior to our crew arriving.
Both our Standard and Quick Dry options involve a 2 to 3 day installation process, the following are the differing drying times after the sealer is applied:
Standard: Wait 3 days to walk on it, and 5 days to drive and place items on it.
Quick Dry: Wait 1 day to walk on it, and 3 days to drive and place items on it.
Color Choice — We want you to be confident in your color selection! We understand that sometimes last-minute changes must be made but please note that color changes may result in additional cost or rescheduling due to stock and shipment times.
If you need to revisit our color options, please contact our office and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
Dust and Debris – Please keep in mind that Metallic Coatings LLC is a construction company and while our crew will do their best to prevent and clean up dust/debris, there is a chance you will find small traces of it. Nothing minor cleaning cannot fix!
If you have concerns about things getting dust/debris on them please remove them prior to the start date. Additional dust mitigation i.e. wrapping with plastic, can be applied for a small additional cost.
All our coatings are designed to be easy to maintain!
Spills or leaks of any kind should be wiped off as soon as possible as some chemicals will damage the sealer.
We recommend using a mild dish detergent and room temperature water to keep your surface shiny and clean. We do not recommend using any harsh chemicals or power washing.
